Allingham House, Timperley

S I Sealy provided mechanical and electrical engineering designs for this mixed-use scheme in Timperley. The scheme included a GP surgery, children’s nursery and a day care centre. We then worked on phases 2 and 3 of this project, which included a new build 88 bed care home and 12 extra care apartments.

At the heart of this project was community engagement and involvement, so the residents of the care home and extra care apartments were able to remain involved with the local community.
