This project included a residential development of 301 apartments, split between one, two and three bedroom units, together with six townhouses, with a reception and a commercial unit covering 326sqm at street level. The gross area of the development, including all plant and car parking facilities, is 32,807sqm.
Working for Renaker Build and with Hodder Architects, S I Sealy provided mechanical and electrical engineering consultancy which included full design of the communal areas and performance duties, including smoke ventilation and drains.
