Radius Payment Solutions wins RICS NW Commerical Property of the Year

This new BREEAM Very Good, 66,000sqft office development for Radius Payment Solutions won this prestigious award.  We provided the strategic MEP design and cost advice, with performance duties for the M&E engineering services for this four-storey project at Crewe Business Park.

Our Building & Energy Modelling Team supported our M&E engineers to deliver a Target Emission Rating of 25.8 and a Building Emission Rating of 17.5.  The building scored a 32% improvement on Part L.  It also achieved an EPC A Rating.

The modern, unique offices include an on-site gym, café and relaxation breakout areas with Play Stations, pool and table tennis tables, giving staff the opportunity to relax within a working environment.  The building has a real focus on the wellbeing of the occupants.

RICS judges commended the collaborative effort of the project team for improving the way one of Crewe’s largest employers works, recruits and retains staff, and enabled it to grow the business using quality space.
