After graduating with two Master Degrees (MEng Building Services Engineering and MSc Mechanical Engineering) from Liverpool John Moores University, Saeed started his career within the Built Environment as a Building Physic Engineer and became extensively experienced with sustainability & building physics software.

As a Building Physic Engineer, Saeed worked closely with mechanical engineers and, as a result, decided to change his career path. Saeed began his career at S I Sealy as Assistant Mechanical Engineer before being promoted to Senior Mechanical Engineer in 2022. In 2021 Saeed became a member of the Institute of Healthcare Engineering & Estate Management (IHEEM).

Saeed brings extensive knowledge of compliance modelling (producing SBEM & EPC), Thermal Comfort, TM52-59 and passive design to his mechanical engineering role, whilst having considerable experience working with dynamic simulation software (IES & EDSL TAS) and UK Building Regulations. He works across all sectors, with specialist expertise in commercial and public sectors.
