S I Sealy is one of just 10 Building Services consultants out of a total of 70 consultants to be successfully appointed by EN:Procure, the specialist procurement arm of social housing consortium Efficiency North Holdings Limited, to their new Consultancy Framework.
EN:Procure will provide a full range of leading-edge, cost-effective, and easily accessible consultancy services for all their public sector and social housing members and clients.

The framework has an estimated total fee value of £10.4m across its four-year lifetime with eight construction-related consultancy lots. S I Sealy which was one of 600 consultancies operating across the North and East Midlands to submit tenders, has been appointed to provide Mechanical & Electrical Services on Lot 3 area C, the North West of England.
EN:Procure Director of Operations Emma Mottram commented, “Following a detailed and challenging test of so many tenderers’ capacity, competency and efficiency we are delighted to have achieved such a diverse offer in the Framework, with a mix of larger national practices as well as smaller local businesses. We are very much looking forward to working with them to find solutions that meet the needs of our members and their communities in the current challenging economic climate.”
