Gulziya specialises in project and engineering documentation management and compliance for integrated management systems (IMS). As a Compliance Manager, she develops and maintains policies aligned with regulations, embeds compliance into workflows, conducts audits, identifies risks, and ensures adherence to relevant standards.

She monitors regulatory changes and promotes continuous improvement. Working closely with Directors and Engineers, she ensures compliance with company processes accredited to BS ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001-2018, 19650:2018, and PAS2060. Fluent in English, Russian, and Kazakh, she ensures IMS documentation is up to date and accessible.
