S I Sealy awarded a place on the Rise Construction Framework

Having successfully demonstrated our extensive technical capability, collaborative approach and our passion for social value, we have been appointed to the MEP Consultant service group as part of the renewal of the Rise Construction Framework.

The Framework will run until 2025 and consists of 17 service-specific groups, including Refurbishment, Modular Build, Civil Engineering & Highways and Architectural Services, with each group having varying value bands.

Operating across the Northwest region, Rise was established in 2016 and is committed to delivering efficient procurement services that benefit both the public-sector partners and the communities they serve. They believe in tackling poverty and deprivation at the heart of some communities and do this by reinvesting profits into intervention and prevention projects around the community.

The Framework has a strong track record in delivery and has been accessed over 500 times by public sector organisations. It has also helped deliver over £2.7 million of social value during 2020 – 2021, directly impacting the lives of 1,200 beneficiaries to make communities safer, stronger, healthier, and economically active.
