S I Sealy shortlisted for CIBSE YEA ‘Employer of the Year’ 2024

S I Sealy has been shortlisted for the ‘Employer of the Year’ Award at this year’s CIBSE Young Engineers Awards.

The Award recognises companies that are committed to the development of their staff and young engineers, through a commitment to young people in the workplace or by supporting employees through education.

At S I Sealy, we are always looking to continually develop our employees and provide significant opportunities for our staff members. We provide advanced training to all our staff and young engineers on our software solutions, and over the last ten years, we have supported 16 engineers to achieve formal professional and technical qualifications.

CIBSE looked at how we mentor, develop, and train our staff while defining clear pathways for career progression within our company. Along with assessing the opportunities we offer to enhance our engineers’ skills in our software solutions and their development within the local community.

The winner will be announced at the BMA House, London awards ceremony on 10th October 2024.
