S I Sealy appointed to Amblecote Extra Care Scheme

S I Sealy has been appointed to provide full design duties for this City West Housing Trust Extra Care Scheme for more than 70 residents. This flagship new build development will include one and two bedroom apartments, as well as a range of on-site facilities including: a dining room, cafe, hairdressers, communal lounges and private gardens. The building will be equipped with solar and PV panels.

Construction of this Extra Care scheme is expected to start in April 2013 and complete in Autumn 2014.
