Procurement for Housing (PfH) has been providing national procurement services to the social housing sector since its establishment in 2004. As a consortium supported by the National Housing Federation, Chartered Institute of Housing, and HouseMark, PfH’s members manage over 75% of the UK’s social housing stock. The aim of PfH is to evaluate procurement effectiveness and identify opportunities for short-term and sustainable efficiencies and improvements.
