James Robinson Promoted to Assistant Electrical Engineer
James Robinson has been promoted to Assistant Electrical Engineer. James joined S I Sealy in 2017 as an Apprentice Electrical Engineer straight from School and completed the first part of his “Advanced Level Apprentice” in 2019 with the BTEC element including:
- EAL Level 3 NVQ in Building Services Engineering Technology and Project Management
- Pearson BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Construction and the Built Environment (Building Services Engineering)
- City & Guilds functional ICT skills Level 2
James is now onto the second part of this “Advanced Level Apprentice” studies at Trafford College which he will complete in May 2021, following which James plans to study for his HND before going to University.
James has a real passion for electrical engineering design, and over the last 12 months has extensively developed his knowledge and skills in this area, working across multiple education and healthcare projects. In the last few months, James has worked as the lead electrical engineer on various projects, such as the Garden of Reflection at Trafford General Hospital, Park House Café Refurbishment at North Manchester General Hospital, and the Phlebotomy area at Trafford General Hospital.
