S I Sealy has been appointed by DWA Architects to provide the detailed building services designs and site supervision for Capstone Care’s new build 53 bed dementia care unit at Walshaw Hall, Bury. This building will be an extension to the existing facility, which has 50 residents.

S I Sealy has been appointed by SDA Consulting to provide performance duties for the new build Hare Hill Extra Care project at Littleborough, Rochdale. The £4.8milion project is being developed by Great Places Housing Group on behalf of Rochdale Boroughwide Housing. It will include 42 units.

All the members of the group have extensive healthcare experience and can work together to provide a seamless approach to property and construction projects. The group has been appointed by the Liverpool & Sefton Health Partnership to refurbish the Swan Health Centre.

In 2012 S I Sealy provided the building services engineering design for the new sports hall and theatre at The Grange primary school. We have now been appointed to provide the building services engineering design of the new Sixth Form Centre and Senior School sports hall.
