Our People

Pola is a highly qualified engineer with more than eight years of experience in mechanical building services. He has designed complex HVAC, public health, and fire protection systems for various sectors, including healthcare, residential, and commercial. In 2016, he completed his BSc in Mechanical Power Engineering, and in 2022, he obtained an MSc in Construction Project Management with Building Information Modelling from Northumbria University.

Pola has extensive experience in digital engineering and is a pioneer in digital methods. He is proficient in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and a certified Revit MEP Professional. Pola has a keen interest in utilising advanced software to achieve accurate outcomes.

He is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Engineer. He holds a number of industry memberships, including the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers, Chartered Institute of Buildings, Association for Project Management and the Chartered Association of Building Engineers.
