Praveen joined S I Sealy in 2023 as an experience BIM Coordinator with a strong background in the construction industry. With over 9 years of experience, Praveen has extensive experience in creating BIM models for MEP services across a wide variety of sectors such as healthcare, data centres, residential, commercial and retail projects.

He has a comprehensive understanding of implementing BIM models for effective asset management, including the integration of Cobie and ensuring adherence to BIM protocols.

Praveen is a Certified Revit MEP Professional with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Anna University, Chennai. His extensive skill set includes Cobie, AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks and creating walkthroughs and renders using Lumion and Enscape.
