Greta Gardens, Keswick

This new-build extra care facility, completed in 2015, comprises of 69 modern and contemporary apartments for people aged 55 and over, with a mixture of one and two bedrooms.  The apartments benefit from fully fitted luxury kitchens with built-in appliances, wet rooms with showers, and beautifully landscaped gardens. The communal facilities on offer within the development include a restaurant, hairdressers, hobby room, beauty salon and wellness suite.

We were appointed by Your Housing Group to provide “Performance Duties”, producing an RIBA Stage D design brief, vetting the contractors’ proposals and providing construction phase monitoring services throughout for this new build 65-bed extra care facility.
