Paul Smith Flagship Store & Offices, Mayfair

S I Sealy provided the detailed building services design for the refurbishment of Paul Smith’s store and offices in Albemarle Street, Mayfair.  The building includes four storeys of offices plus a rooftop penthouse apartment.  The ground floor is Paul Smith’s flagship store, whilst the basement is flexible enough to be used for retail or to be opened out-of-hours as an exhibition space.

We have refitted all of the building services.  This includes air conditioning throughout the building, using air source heat pumps; and LED lighting.

The offices were completed in September 2012; and the retail and basement areas were completed in August 2013.
