Stretford Sports Village, Talbot Centre

S I Sealy provided the client’s briefing document for this Design & Build project.  We also acted as the client’s Technical Advisor; and the Clerk of Works for the building services.

The Sports Centre includes a new sports hall with four badminton courts, a dance studio, a fitness suite and a community room.  The building is used by the School as well as the local community, and was part funded by Manchester United Football Club.
