This development is a proposed new build student accommodation block containing over 200 units.

S I Sealy provided concept design and sustainability advice at pre-planning stage to assist the developer in obtaining planning permission.

To achieve 10% onsite renewable, our renewable energy study recommended solar thermal hot water and photovoltaics.  Communal heating and domestic hot water is provided from central highly efficient modular condensing boilers.
