The Grange Junior School Sports Centre, Hartford

S I Sealy designed and project managed the M&E services for an extension to The Grange Junior School in Hartford, Northwich.  The extension included a large sports hall, changing/shower facilities, classrooms and laboratories.  All systems were designed to include 10% renewable energy sources to satisfy the strict requirements of Cheshire West Council.  The renewable technology used included air source heat pumps and low energy efficiency lighting.

We designed the lighting systems in accordance with CIBSE guidelines and we provided increased controllability.
