S I Sealy appointed to Lakeview Rest Homes Project

Lakeview Rest Homes which is based in Lytham St Annes is delivering a new build care home for over 80 residents, on a Design & Build basis. Parkinson is the main contractor, and CMB Engineering is the building services contractor. S I Sealy has been appointed to provide the mechanical engineering design.
