S I Sealy appoints Principal Mechanical Engineer
Pola Kamel has recently joined the Practice as a Principal Mechanical Engineer. He is a highly qualified engineer with over eight years of experience in mechanical building services engineering design. During his career, he has worked in various sectors, including healthcare, residential, and commercial, and has delivered projects such as the Runnymede residential house, Hartlepool NHS Hospital refurbishment, and Solihull Hospital Extension. Pola has also spent four years working overseas, successfully delivering large-scale projects such as The Octagon and Podium 1 & 2 in Cairo.
In addition to his mechanical building services expertise, Pola is working towards becoming a Chartered Engineer. He holds a number of industry memberships, including the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers, Chartered Institute of Buildings, Association for Project Management and the Chartered Association of Building Engineers, bringing a vast knowledge of technical compliance, project management and end-to-end design and construction supervision expertise.
Pola’s expertise in digital engineering design will be highly valuable to the Practice as we continue to expand our digital engineering design capacity to deliver not only new but existing refurbished facilities using 3D Revit software.
