S I Sealy appoints Senior Building Physics and Sustainability Engineer under Net Zero UK division
Muhammad Umar has joined our sustainability division, Net Zero UK as a Senior Building Physics and Sustainability Engineer. Muhammad brings extensive experience as an energy and sustainability engineer having developed low carbon strategies for various NHS hospitals and has a strong track record of assisting numerous clients in their transition towards Net Zero carbon.
With a joint MSc in Smart Cities and Communities from Heriot Watt, and Mechanical Engineering with Professional Focus in Energy Engineering from the University of Mons in Belgium, Muhammads knowledge and skills include: high energy performance envelopes, high performance HVAC systems, building system and fabric engineering, building modelling, energy efficiency optimisation and the implementation of renewable and low carbon technologies.
