We have recently been appointed by Pagabo on Lot 7 Decarbonisation Retrofit for Non-Dwellings for Wales as part of the National Framework for Professional Services in Construction and Premises 2024.
We are proud to have been recognised by Pagabo as an innovative practice for our decarbonisation and engineering experience whilst echoing Pagabo’s passion for technology with our commitment to embracing and utilising new technology, as well as investing in the development of new software solutions.
We were also acknowledged for our efforts in delivering significant social value through our social value approaches and goals, which align with Pagabo’s core business strategy to provide more and better social value through their contracts.
This Framework is the third iteration of the Professional Services Framework, launching in April 2024 until 2028, covering public sector retrofit projects up to the value of £780m.
The Framework comprises 23 service-specific lots and has delivered successful projects for clients such as Southampton City Council, Anchor Hanover Group, Department of Health, Manchester City Council, Northumberland City Council, Leeds Beckett University and more.
Jason Stapley, chief procurement officer at Pagabo, said: “Professional services is our most popular framework offering so we were expecting a high level of quality bids for the new iteration – and we were not wrong. Now on its third instalment, this framework goes from strength to strength – continually demonstrating quick, simple and effective procurement possibility.
“There is a perfect blend of continuation from the previous iteration alongside changes that address the needs of clients and suppliers. As a result, the opportunities offered to suppliers are very valuable and clients are provided with easy access to the best selection of organisations in the consultancy industry.
“Small and medium-sized enterprises make up 79% of the supplier list. We’re very proud to be pushing SMEs to the forefront of ethical procurement, providing the public sector with the compliant access to the best suppliers across the market. There was a high level of competition for this framework, so our congratulations are extended to the suppliers, and we look forward to working closely with them over the framework’s lifespan.”
