S I Sealy shortlisted for CIBSE Employer of the Year 2020

S I Sealy is delighted to have been shortlisted for the CIBSE Employer of the Year Award 2020.

The Award recognises companies that are committed to the development of their staff and young engineers, as well as their progressive strategies for championing young people in the building services sector. The Award celebrates innovative thinking, hard work and the skills of graduate engineers and their employers.

At S I Sealy, we are always looking to continually develop our employees and provide significant opportunities for our staff members. Over the last ten years, we have supported 12 of our engineers to achieve formal professional and technical qualifications, alongside running monthly CPD workshops for all our staff to enhance their skillset.

CIBSE looked at how we mentor, develop and train our staff whilst defining clear pathways for career progression within our company. Along with assessing the opportunities S I Sealy offers to enhance our engineers’ skills in digital building services and their development within the local community.

The winner will be announced at the virtual Awards ceremony on 8th October 2020.
