S I Sealy strengthen team with three new appointments
We are pleased to announce that we have strengthened our team and appointed three new team members after another successful year. Matt Caddick re-joined the team as an Associate Electrical Engineer, having worked for us almost ten years ago, Shamshuddin Mohammed Elias joined the team as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, and Marzieh Ahmadi joined the team as a Mechanical Engineer.
Matt has over 20 years of experience as an electrical engineer, as well as being a Chartered Engineer since 2015. He is well-placed to drive and support the growth of S I Sealy’s electrical engineering team and our sustainability division, Net Zero UK. Matt brings extensive experience in leading and managing various multidisciplinary projects and has been a Chartered Engineer since 2015.
Shamshuddin is a Chartered Engineer with over 15 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering design and supervision across a broad range of sectors. He brings extensive experience in Energy Engineering, having completed his MSc from the University of Hull in 2022 and holds multiple industry memberships, including the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) and the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineering.
Marzieh has a real passion for Mechanical Engineering and has just completed her Masters in Advance Energy Technology for Building and Industry from the University of Hull.
Director David Stafford commented: “We’re delighted to have made these new appointments at such an exciting time for the company. Matt, Shamshuddin and Marzieh are key additions, boosting our team to 37. In August, we branded our sustainability division as Net Zero UK to promote our decarbonisation services and help clients in their move towards net zero carbon. Our new starters’ engineering and sustainability skills will be an integral part of achieving this.”
